20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Client is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support residential real estate transactions from contract to close, with a primary focus on Colorado-based transactions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of processes, and demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will ensure all transaction steps are executed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with brokerage and state requirements.
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Input and manage property listings across multiple MLS platforms
Ensure all listing data is accurate, complete, and updated in real time
Manage status updates including active, pending, and sold
Submit and manage transaction files within brokerage systems
Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready documentation
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and brokerage standards
Monitor all required documents and signatures throughout the transaction lifecycle
Track and manage all contract deadlines and key milestones
Coordinate inspections, appraisals, walk-throughs, and closings
Communicate with agents, lenders, title companies, and clients
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may delay closing
Organize and maintain all transaction-related documents
Review title commitments for accuracy and potential issues
Track invoices, receipts, and repair-related documentation
Ensure all files are complete prior to closing
Assist with specialized processes such as septic transfers and solar transfers
Support drafting of repair requests, inspection objections, and resolutions
Provide additional transaction support based on client needs
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
